    01

    Baku Arrival - Baku

    Day 1 :

    • Arrive Baku - Heydar Aliyev International Airport – meet with your welcoming guide at airport after he / she lead you till your transfer vehicle meet with your driver and private transfer to your hotel 
    • 1300 HRS check in to hotel – rest of day is yours
    • Overnight at hotel in Baku.

    Baku City Tour - Baku

    Day 2:

    • Have a breakfast at hotel approx. 08:00 am pick up time (we will give you certain timing 1 day before the tour) meet with your guide at hotel lobby pick up from hotel – proceed for Baku City Tour with main highlights
    • Observation tour to Baku TV Tower - built in 1996, is a free-standing concrete telecommunications tower in Baku, Azerbaijan.
    • With a height of 310 meters (1017 ft), it is the tallest structure in Azerbaijan and the tallest reinforced concrete building in Caucasus.
    • The tower has become one of the most prominent landmarks of Baku, often in the establishing shot of films set in the city. (Photo session from outside)  
    • Highland Park-Alley of Martyrs, The National Assembly- also transliterated as Milli Majlis, Flame towers-  the tallest skyscraper in Baku 
    • Old City or Inner City is the historical core of Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. The Old City is the most ancient part of Baku, which is surrounded by walls were well protected.
    • In 2007, the Old City had a population of about 3000 people. In December 2000, the Old City of Baku, became the first location in Azerbaijan to be classified as a UNESCO. 
    • Nizami Street known for shopping. The street's history could be traced back to Baku's town-planning project of 1864. The street runs through the city's downtown from west to east.
    • It begins from Abulla Shaiq Street, in mountainous part of the city and ends at railroad bed on Sabit Orujov Street, near a monument to Shah Ismail Khatai in “Black City”. Total length of the street is 3,538 m. 
    • Fountains Square is a public square in downtown Baku, capital of Azerbaijan. The square was previously called Parapet and is often referenced to by the same name now.
    • The name of the fountains square derives from the presence of dozens of fountains throughout the square first constructed during Soviet rule of Azerbaijan.

    Baku - Land Of Fire Tour - Baku

    Day 3 :

    • Early breakfast at hotel, approx 08:00 am pick up time (we will give you certain timing 1 day before the tour) meet with your guide at hotel lobby after pick up from hotel, Drive to FIRE WORSHIPPERS’ TEMPLE- The most famous fire temple is the well-preserved temple Ateshgah ("the Fire Place") in Surakhany, the temple was built over a pocket of natural gas that fueled a vent providing an 'eternal' fire. 
    • Trip to "FIRE MOUNTAIN "-"Yanardag" -a mountain on Absheron peninsula, 25 km from north of Baku.Literally, word "Yanardag" means "Blazing Mountain". Blazing bodies of flame dance on stones and floor.  Yanar dag is a natural gas fire which blazes continuously on a hillside on the Absheron Peninsula on the Caspian Sea near Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, which itself is known as the "land of Fire.

    Baku - Gabala - Baku

    Day 4 :

    • Early breakfast at hotel, approx 08:00 am pick up time (we will give you certain timing 1 day before the tour) meet with your guide at hotel lobby after pick up from hotel, departure to Gabala in the north-west of Azerbaijan The distance up to Baku 225 km (3hours)
    • Excursion in: Tufandaq”Winter-Summer Tourism complex offers cable car rides (additional  price) at any time of the year, skiing on the ski tracks of different difficulty level, ski training and ski school, catering service (cafe and restaurants), entertainment centres for kids, hotel and other services.
    • Nohur Lake -it is located in Qabala, another region of Azerbaijan that one passes when travelling to Sheki.
    • Lake is not on the way but if you go a bit deeper towards the mountains this beautiful view opens up in front of you.
    • Overnight at hotel in Gabala.

    Gabala to Baku - Baku

    Day 5 :

    • Have a breakfast at hotel approx. 08:00 am pick up time (we will give you certain timing 1 day before the tour) meet with your guide at hotel lobby pick up from hotel – proceed to Baku.

    Baku Departure - Baku

    Day 6 :

    • Breakfast at hotel (depends on your flight timing) Check out from hotel (international check out time is 12:00 o’clock) we will give you certain pick up timing 1 day before the transfer (generally 4 HRS before your flight timing) meet with your transferman / driver at the hotel lobby private transfer to Baku Airport.

Cancellation
  • There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
  • Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers (hereinafter collectively called a CANCELLATION) are subject to Cancellation and No Show fees if cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date:
Payment
  • 100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking
Payment Policy Description
  • The company shall not be liable for any loss either in part or in full for booked services due to failure to adhere to above terms.
    Payment via bank transfer:
    Banking charges for international transfers are on the Agent, City One Tourism & Travel L.L.C has to receive the full invoice amount. Any discrepancies will occur in a supplementary invoice.
Important Information
  • Baggage allowance for domestic flights is 15kgs per person including hand luggage.
    Soft-sided luggage or duffels are preferable to hard luggage for storage on safari vehicles within East Africa. Large suitcases of dimensions greater than 24 x 17 x 7 are impossible to store in vehicles and on aircraft and should not be used. (Baggage and personal effects are at owner's risk throughout the tour and baggage insurance for members is strongly advised).
Variation In Rate
    City One Tourism & Travel L.L.C may alter the contract rates in writing in case of changes in park entrance fees and other levies and taxes.
    Once you have booked a safari and we have confirmed the booking, the contract rates are fully guaranteed and will not be subject to any surcharges.
